The useful answer

Record the last screen that worked and the first stage that failed. Try a normal restart, an offered Play update and one stable connection. Preserve the player identity before clearing storage or reinstalling, and distinguish a waiting room from a frozen interface.

What does “not working” mean here?

It can mean the app closes before the lobby, a room stays waiting, a table stops updating or a declaration control does not respond. The first useful action is to give the failure a precise description. Note the time and any room or round reference before leaving the screen.

If another menu still responds, record that observation. A responsive menu does not prove a table recovered, but it helps distinguish a local waiting state from a broad app freeze. If several unrelated applications also struggle, include that wider symptom in your diagnosis.

A short, reversible sequence

  1. Observe before restarting. Record the message, stage and intended player identity. Avoid repeatedly entering new tables while the same problem continues.
  2. Restart the application. Test the same action once. Restart the phone if the failure persists.
  3. Check Google Play. Use the Ironjaw listing and install an offered update from that source.
  4. Choose one stable connection. Make a controlled comparison between Wi-Fi and mobile data outside a live turn if available.
  5. Check storage and heat. A nearly full or unusually hot device can affect more than one app.

Read the symptom correctly

Make a connection comparison answer one question

Test the same action once on each available connection, rather than switch networks repeatedly in the middle of a table. If the result changes, record which connection worked. That comparison identifies a dependency, not the exact router or server fault.

A webpage loading normally is a useful basic test. It does not certify the game’s lobby or table service. Likewise, a successful sign-in does not mean a particular private room is ready to start. Keep those stages separate in your notes.

Use resets carefully

Clearing cache and clearing storage have different effects. Read the description shown by your Android device. Temporary files can be recreated, while local account state may not be recoverable without a supported connection. Record the player identity before using an action that removes it.

A reinstall is not a guaranteed repair for a remote service problem or an unfulfilled room condition. If you need to remove the app after the basic tests, first use our installation and account-context checklist.

Prepare a report that can be reproduced

Include the phone model, Android version, game version, mode, timestamp and the exact step that failed. State whether the app closed, remained responsive or showed a reconnect message. Add the result of the single network comparison, including an unsuccessful result.

A short recording can help if it shows the sequence and omits private messages, account credentials and payment information. Send any player reference through the developer’s private support route rather than post it publicly.

Stop when repetition stops adding evidence

After the basic checks reproduce the same failure, pause further table entries and contact the developer. Repeating a failed session without recording it can add confusion without identifying a new condition. Keep the original identity and any support reference intact while waiting for an answer.

When the app becomes responsive again, begin with a short check of the intended account and mode. Confirm the result you needed—such as a stable lobby or a functioning room—before treating every earlier symptom as resolved.
